This videos, combining Kaleidoscope / Mind Movie, are inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza’s book Becoming Supernatural.

In each video, stare at the kaleidoscope for 8 minutes. It will induce Alpha and Theta brainwaves (hypnotic trance state). The aim is to be in the optimal state to reprogram your subconscious with the 3-minute Mind Movie that will follow. In fact, your brain will be more receptive to the positive affirmations contained in the Mind Movie. Afterwards, you’ll stare once again at the kaleidoscope but this time with the Mind Movie music. This last stage will help anchor the new program as the uplifting music will reactivate feelings and emotions from the Mind Movie you just saw.

► 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 :

➡ Preferably watch the whole video in the dark as it’ll increase your melatonin levels and enhance your brainwave changes.

➡ Before watching, try to slow down your breathing and completely relax your body. Allow it to feel like it’s going to fall asleep but keep your mind awake.

➡ The Mind Movie is like a new program that will be encoded in your subconscious. You will be connected to your new future. Therefore, while watching, don’t think and don’t analyze or question anything, just feel and absorb what you see.

➡ Watch every day for at least 21 days as this is the time it takes for your brain to create new neural networks, or in other words to create new habits or a new mind (subconscious reprogramming).

➡ Watch in the morning and right before bed because that’s when your brainwaves are in the optimal state for reprogramming. Otherwise, you may watch the video anytime during the day when you need motivation.

The kaleidoscope music embeds binaural beats that will help to drive your brain in the Theta state in a smooth and easy way.
